The Board of Directors is supported by the members of the International Advisory Council whose primary duty it is to draw AIPA's attention to activities and programs in their country or region. The Council also promotes AIPA at a global scale and spreads the word about its cultural exchange and education mission.

Giorgio Barbolini

Giorgio BarboliniMr. Barbolini has an impressive 20 years of experience in classical music. He's the Founder and General Director of Studiomusica, a major global player in the classical music industry, headquartered in Italy with offices in the USA (Beverly Hills) and Brazil.
At a global scale, Studiomusica handles the production and organization of concerts, performances, and shows, the representation and management of artists (250 of them on an exclusive basis), and the creation of events and special projects.
Besides that, Giorgio Barbolini also teaches at the Conservatory of Mantua. In 2011, he organized the inauguration of the Andrea Bocelli Foundation with a spectacular gala event at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills.

Theodia Gillespie

For many years already, she is extremely active in public service and education in the Greater Chicago Area. For example, she serves as President of the Fox Valley Park District, a premier park and recreation organization located in the scenic Fox River Valley about 40 miles west of Chicago. In 2010, Fox Valley Park District welcomed more than 1.6 million guests to facilities through a wide variety of recreation programs.

Larry Goodman

He is also a member of the Board of Directors at Teletrax, a company providing TV broadcast monitoring and verification services to video providers such as entertainment studios, the advertising industry, and governmental organizations worldwide.
Formerly, he served as President of CNN Sales & Marketing at Turner Broadcasting Sales, where he oversaw all USA cable and online sales and the marketing for the CNN portfolio of networks and websites.

Griff O'Neil

Griff O'NeilMr. O'Neil is a former executive of "Miss Universe", one of the world's largest beauty pageant systems which is currently owned by NBC Networks and entrepreneur Donald Trump.
In 1996, Mr. O'Neil laid the groundwork to what is now at a global scale referred to as "The Olympics of the Performing Arts": The "World Championships of Performing Arts" (WCOPA). Every year for already 20 years, more than 40 countries are sending official delegations to the WCOPA Finals Week in famous Hollywood, whose contestants were competing for gold, silver and bronze medals and, of course, for international career contacts.
During the finals, "Cirque du Soleil", "America's got Talent" and major casting agents are holding auditions, and celebrity coaches give free lessons in performing and industry background for contestants.

Earlier in her career, she has been with MCA Records as their Associate Director of Marketing.
